Mew é uma banda de rock dinamarquesa composta por Jonas Bjerre (voz e guitarra), Bo Madsen (guitarra e vocal) e Silas Utke Graae Jørgensen (bateria)...banda beeemmm antiga com lançamento do seu primeiro album em 1997.
A banda logo ganhou de seus fãs o rótulo de “dream-pop” por causa sua sonoridade característica principalmente pelo vocal de Jonas Bjerre,o seu segundo LP “Half The World Is Watching Me” chegou às lojas em maio de 2000,
desta vez pelo selo Evil Office, fundado pelos membros do Mew. O disco foi produzido pela própria banda, com o auxílio de Flemming Rasmussen, o homem por trás do disco “Master of Puppets”, do Metallica.
O próximo passo dado pelo Mew foi no sentido de derrubar as fronteiras: em março de 2001, o grupo assinou com a Epic/Sony...

Stryper é quase lenda, na ativa desde aproximadamente 1984 essa banda lança o cd Murder by Pride com solos de guitarra incriveis de Oz Fox e gritos interminaveis de Michael Sweet,o nome Stryper (que muitos pensam significar listrado já que as cores da banda são amarelo e preto sempre em listras) significa (Salvation Through Redemption Yielding Peace, Encouragement and Righteousness) é baeado na passagem biblica de Isaias 53:5, a banda teve seu auge nos anos 80 marcando época com roupas diferentes e uma mensagem direta como no álbum "to Hell with the Devil" (Pro inferno com o Diabo) o álbum de maior sucesso da banda, muitos dizem (e eu concordo) que com Murder by Pride eles voltaram a velha forma. Essa capa de cd foi feita por um brasileiro em um concurso feito pela propria banda para o álbum, destaque para "Mercy Over Blame" e "Everything"... "Stryper all the way..."-John Cooper Skillet Lead Vocals referindo-se ao seu antigo corte de cabelo.
